Local author Diane Calton takes us back to a time when Wisbech and the fens were at the mercy of devastating floods.

We see the town of Wisbech as it was in the 1200s, when the wash came in as far as the town and life was overshadowed by the castle and church. A time when the townsfolk has to pull together to survive.
