Engage: RAF Photographic Reconnaissance

  • St Neots Library Priory Lane St. Neots, England, PE19 2BH United Kingdom (map)

There can be no doubt that photographic reconnaissance was a key contributor to the overall intelligence picture throughout the Second World War which greatly contributed in securing the Allied victory. The old saying that a picture is worth a thousand words was never more truly demonstrated.  Hear James Blackwood from RAF Wyton talk about how photographic reconnaissance evolved from its beginnings in WWI, throughout WWII and beyond.

Free event, donations welcome.
