Easy Read Information

Spiltmilk Dance present a fun filled festive show featuring snowball fights, tap dancing, violins, shiny bows and much much more! A feast for the senses, blending live music, dance and extravagant costumes. After the show, stay and decorate some gingerbread – good, sweet, sticky fun!

Accessibility Information

  • Relaxed performance. Special consideration is given to the sensory needs of Neurodiverse / Autistic audience members.

  • Hearing Loops will be available.

  • Dementia Friendly

  • The show includes invitations for audiences to singing along, the offer of one to one dancing, invitations to open boxes and hold props, a soft-snowball fight.

  • No sudden loud noises. The main noises come from instruments and tap dancing.

  • Audience members may interact with: gift boxes, shiny christmas bows, animal Christmas decorations, wind up chattering teeth, strips of tuille, soft snowballs, bubbles, snowglobe, confetti

  • Music includes Christmas songs; 'It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas', 'All I Want for Christmas is You' and 'Rockin Around the Christmas Tree' as well as some classical music and a few less known fun Christmas tunes. Some music is played live and some is played on a portable record player.

  • Using store-bought gingerbread men that are Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Milk Free and Vegan. The only listed allergen is Soya and the nut statement is 'May contain peanuts and nuts'.
